PLCnext Certified Engineer certificate awarded to Nick van Kuijk
Nick van Kuijk, Application Engineer at Batenburg IAS, successfully completed the Associate program and received the PLCnext Certified Engineer certificate on April 26th from Bert van der Linden, Program Manager Technical Education, and Jan-Willem Steenbergen, Product Manager Industrial Automation at Phoenix Contact.
ABB Liquid Routing Library for ABB System 800xA
Because of Batenburg IAS's experience with the ABB ProBase Library and its predecessors Foocos2 and Foocos3, ABB worked closely with us to play an important role in the development of the new Liquid Routing Library.

Clean Water
PA partner of Water board Rijn and IJssel
Water board Rijn and IJssel ensures safe, clean, and sufficient water in East Gelderland, the southern part of Overijssel, and the southeastern Veluwe region. They achieve this by managing water levels (including groundwater), purifying sewage, and maintaining clean water in streams, ditches, and rivers. At Batenburg IAS, we are pleased to contribute to these efforts.

Olam Cocoa
Determining causes of production losses using the OEE measuring method. These causes are to be classified in order to determine the causes which occur frequently and/or lead to significant impact on the production results. This information assists in prioritizing maintenance activities in such a way that these aid in obtaining the best possible production results

We have been involved in the maintenance of this installation for years and we also implement most software changes in this SattLine installation. Astra Sweets also uses our 24/7 service service, so that they can count on support from our engineers day and night.

Milcobel: Automation of the entire mozzarella production line
Batenburg IAS has been a supplier to Milcobel since its foundation. Milcobel makes various dairy products, such as cheese, milk powder and ice cream. In this video, our colleague John Heere is at the Langemark production location, which mainly produces mozzarella.
